Our Mission

Hey everyone, thank you for checking our homepage. My name is ​Gökçehan Pürsöken, Founder of www.gpursoken.com and I help people as a Career Coach and Gen Z mentor to bring out the full potential in career path. I am a chemist and pharmaceutical technologist myself, bringing over 11 years' work experience in the pharma industry.

My career journey started as a Scientist and continued raising my earnings to six-digits by becoming a Global Technical Manager in Europe. Currently I am residing in Basel Switzerland proceeding my own career in the pharma industry.

In the career coaching sessions, we talk about the specific career and life goals, what each person is dealing with right now, how to lift the internal and external barriers, and what they need to make their dreams come true for a content life. Each person has different needs, and I walk this path with them and help them find the answers they seek for. My expertise lies here in the transition from a country to Europe, specifically to Germany & Switzerland.

What I don’t do is write CVs for my coaches or find them their dream jobs in their dream countries. That would be the job of a recruiter or headhunter, which I am not. Rather, I guide you in your personal growth to achieve your career goals.
